ALPET Fleet Management System is an advanced technology V that enables company fleet vehicles to purchase discounted fuel from ALPET stations without paying cash or dealing with invoices. ALPET Vehicle Management System, which delivers the filling information to the customer in the form of end-of-period reports electronically, records all information about the vehicles and ensures that they are monitored accurately, regularly and up-to-date. Vehicle Management System users monitor their fuel consumption on the internet within the system.

Users of ALPET Vehicle Management System can easily track their fuel expenses on the internet within the system. Fuel purchases made by users are transferred to the system, and fuel consumption is controlled on a vehicle and period basis.
One of the most important features of the system is that the system automatically recognizes the vehicle and knows the fuel it uses.
Thanks to the mileage reader in the system, the mileage information of the vehicle is read at every fuel purchase. Thus, how much time, how much fuel, how many kilometers the vehicle has gone can be tracked over the internet.
Payments are made to a single center and invoices are collected automatically. Time savings are achieved by receiving invoice and consumption reports from a single center. Thus, users of ALPET Vehicle Management System do not have to deal with formalities such as credit cards, invoices and receipts.
ALPET TYS provides service with widespread stations and assembly-service centers throughout Turkey.
In ALPET TYS, TYS Card is used by entering a password just like credit cards. In this way, unauthorized persons are prevented from using the card in cases such as the loss or theft of the TYS Card.

TYS System works in 2 ways:

1- TYS Matik: TYS Matik with mileage reader is installed on each of the vehicles in the company fleet. Thanks to TYS Matik, the pump placed in the fuel tank of the vehicle during fuel purchase recognizes the vehicle that has already been registered in the system and starts filling the fuel defined for the vehicle by reading its information.

2- TYS card: The card holder who goes to the station with the ALPET TYS Card, which is defined on the license plates of the vehicles in the Company Fleet, reads the card to the pump. Thanks to this card, the pump recognizes the vehicle previously registered in the system and starts filling the fuel defined for the vehicle by reading its information.

1- Fleet vehicles included in the ALPET Vehicle Management System come to the station with the TYS logo and approach the pump with the TYS logo.
2 - With TYS Matik: In vehicles using the ALPET Vehicle Management System with TYS Matik, automatic information connection is made by placing the pump gun in the fuel tank of the vehicle registered in the system.
With TYS Card: In vehicles using the ALPET Vehicle Management System with TYS Card, the TYS Card is read into the pump and the password is entered. Thus, automatic information connection is realized.
3 - The Station Information Control Unit confirms that the vehicle is registered to the system and is in the correct fuel pump, gives the filling order and the filling begins.
4 - After the filling is completed, 2 receipts containing filling information are printed. One of the chips is given to the driver, and the other remains with the station authority.
5- ALPET sends the payment file to the bank, adhering to the end-of-period report, and the collection is made through the bank.
